Hey Jim, you were posting about birds & teflon on NC. One other thing to be careful about is using the auto cleaning on your oven around caged birds. Most ovens have a non-stick surface that puts out fumes at very high temperates that are deadly to birds.

The fun has already started, The wife and I have been off for two weeks. We just returned from Flaglar Beach area looking at land, Palm Coast. Nice intercoastal lots up there. there maybe another deal in the works soon.
We leave for the Island of Utila Saturday morning, for a week of Scuba diving. & the Biz is in full bloom FINALLY....... :D

Yep, right next door. a 10 minute flight from Roatan.
Diving was good, Its no Bonaire, The cabins over the water were really nice.
the dive boat held 12 divers & had Nitrox. The food sucked, I lost 3 pounds and was sick for 4 days after we returned. The Island, looked like a dump site, and the main street was a wide as a driveway.
Example: shanty houses, no windows, no doors, no a/c trash piled on the street with millions of flys all over the place. golf carts and dirt bikes flying up and down the streets,(just missing us by inches) I came close to creaming the crap out of one of him. Have ya ever tryed a fish bogger(slang).
If your into diving under and through tight holes in the reefs, then the Caverns and caves are for you. The divemaster watched me squeeze through a tiny hole, where i removed my gear and pushed it through ahead of me. The DM. said I was crazy. I think NOT.!!!!.... we do this on wrecks all the time.....No big thing............... Blah

I used to go to Honduras on a regular basis six or seven years ago and that is how I remember it. One big Sh*t hole. It was the first time I saw ox pulled carts with wooden wheels used daily as transportation. There were alway bad car accidents on the highways, and a few hours later the vehicles would be stripped clean of all the parts that they could carry leaving the vehicle looking like a carcass after the buzzards were finished. The bodies would be left beside the road.

I dropped down the wall on Lauran's 2 (beach dive) and didn't watch my gauges, because I was following the reef ledge, and didn't notice it was going deeper. I just happened to look down and saw my computer say 157 ft.
I looked up at my wife, who stayed at 75 ft. waving to me to come up. The water was soooo clear & it didn't have a saltly smell to it. I'd go back every year on vacation if the wife would let me. I loved the diving their.
Air/Inn/boat dives to Klein Bonaire/Nitrox gas/truck rental/food for 2 $ 4200.00 a week-We dove through, www.nealwatsonresorts.com
We also used them when we did our shark dives in the Abaco Bahama's, which is now closed to divers. Rain
