View Full Version : I see too much Toad
I see I'm listed as moderator in three forums. As nice as that is, it is probably best to spread the duty around for many reasons. I would like to open the suggestions up to fill Yoga's open position for the Weston Forum. Realizing the position is mostly honorary because we are all well behaved (I may be the only one edited so far!) and temporary. It is obviously Tubby's final decision, but how about d-o-b or Rogelah?

You are listed 3 times, however the Weston Forum and City Links are linked together (only counts as 0ne).
The first of each month is when I plan on changing moderators. You have to work harder for a few more days. :)
D-O-B, I remember a few post back volunteered so his name might show up.
The Nature Forum will always be Bill. A few other forums will have moderators.
You get the prize for great planning.

Rogelah would make a good moderator, but he's not posting much and not sure how much time he spends on NRT.
That is why I mentioned his name. He has things to say but just isn't posting.

Lets see if he has any objections to being a moderator, before I add him to my list.

As you can see from Best Teach's post #2, its not a easy job  . Being a moderator or administrator allows you to edit or delete all post. You need to make sure you push the quote button and not the edit button.
Now that everyone understands what they should not do, because everyone will know you screwed up :) :p :( .

You lost one job, I separated the Weston City Link from The Weston Forum so it is viewable to all users.

Yes, Best Teach...I had to go to NY. My mom broke her arm and I was up there Wed-tonight. I'm not going to be able to moderate this board. I probably will be in NY a lot more now.

Oh I am sorry to "hear" that. I hope she heals quickly and that all of your travels are safe.
Um, and was there something wrong with my post? Why did Tubby try to edit/delete it?

I visit here regularly. I'm flattered that you think I would be a good moderator. I will volunteer for at least one crack at it. :)

Best Teach, Tubby pushed the wrong button, he was going to quote you. It only takes one push of the button to goof and have everyone know. You did nothing wrong.
