Well the research will be done, but not necessarily by us. A neighbor of my parent's goes over to England (I think) for some revolutionary prostrate cancer treatment that apparently you can't get in the US. He would have had major surgery here with problems with incontinence etc. He had some implants of meds or radioactive cells and is pretty much cured with no needed recovery time.

Those who can afford the best care will get it, if not here, than in some other country.
