What is your plan for the board?

What is your plan for the board? Will it be a mirror of NC or do you have other ideas? Do you plan to fully develop it before Mike off's NC, or wait until he says for sure and then go forward?

It depends on what happens with others users, if only a few sign on then I will turn it into a family / friends board. My original plans for a bulletin board was for family use, but with Mike holding a carrot over everones head I decided to setup the board like not crap.

After learning more about the program I hope to have two forums, one for everyone to read and sign on and another forum for just my family and friends.
