Great pictures....

I was fortunite enough one time at Philly Airport to be on a rent a car shuttle with a guy that was part of the shuttle recover team for NASA. They would go to wherever it landed and put it on a 747 to bring it home. He showed me hudreds of pictures he had in his brief case of up close and personal pictures of the shuttle, both inside and out. They also include pictures of a crane lifting it and mounting it on the 747.

I used to work on the grounds of DFW airport. One day the shuttle was being flown back from CA to FL and stopped at DFW. It was amazing to see it sitting on top of the 747. Even the best pictures don't do a great job of showing it.
