Mr. Hein and I went to Anthony's Sunday afternoon around 12:30, just after they opened. Place was already full, so we sat at a high top in the bar area. This is our fourth visit, and we are never disappointed.

We split 10 grilled wings, served with yummy focacia bread and grilled onions. Then, we split a small meatball/ricotta pizza: fabuloso! In the past, we've split wings and the huge salad. Never yet have we had the room to try the cheesecake, though I hear that it is to die for.

The service is great; young, attentive, buff young men (I'm middle-aged, but not blind...), great food and drinks. Looks like the patio is ready to open very soon, just in time for our fall weather.

Saw Joe Rose of NBC6 Sports there, picking up four pizza's to go. He was drinking a Panini water; overheard him say he would have had a beer but had to work in a few hours; kudos to him. By the way, he is also quite handsome without his makeup; dressed in shorts, he has some pretty nice calves himself...

Middle aged, not blind....

We were there on Saturday for lunch. We ordered a large pizza and the wings. The wings came with a little surprise, a piece of plastic. They apologize and didn't charged us for it.

I've been there twice. First time we loved the wings and the pizza. The second time we liked the wings, but the pizza was so-so. They really skimped on the meat toppings. Frnakly, it's not worth the ride or the wait for us. It's good, just not good enough for us "out of towners". :o
